Nowadays weddings are never that beautiful or memorable without the flowers that most people look forward to. Flowers make weddings seem more magical and fantastic. You’ll have to decide whether or not to have real or silk flowers, you’ll have to imagine which colors would be just right to go with your wedding’s motif, and of course you’ll have to plan how they’ll be arranged on your wedding day. To choose between real flowers or silk flowers, there are things which you need to consider.
One is your budget, when contemplating on real flowers you’ll have to remember that it would be more expensive than silk, one consolation though is that if you choose flowers which are on season on your wedding date, you’ll probably buy them at a cheaper price. Real flowers do not last for a long time, eventually they wither and die unlike the silk flowers which can undoubtedly last for the longest time and can already be a souvenir from your wedding.
The varied colors of real flowers make them all so beautiful, but makes the choosing all the more difficult for you but if you opt for silk flowers, you can dye them to any color you desire but you just have to right the find store to do such for you. To search for the best deals on available silk flowers you must go to farmer’s markets and grocery stores rather than to flower shops since the latter will always have a higher price for their flowers.
If you’re planning on a church wedding, never fail to ask if the church has any limitations or rules regarding flowers. Unknown to first time wedding planners, there are churches which allow flowers on the aisles but not around the altar itself, some may allow this but with specific restrictions.
Be thorough with your questions as to the restrictions and limitations so that your plans will be guided accordingly, because you will also need to plan what to do with the flowers after the ceremony. Some churches will appreciate flower donations while other churches will demand the flowers to be taken out again. Of course if you’re opting for an outdoor wedding, specifically a wedding at a park then you’ll have no need to buy or order flowers.
Nature’s beauty will be sufficient enough, although if not, you can add silk ribbons around flowers or bushes, whichever way will suit you. To plan a wedding is not an easy task. It can cause you a lot of stress and a lot of sleepless nights but still you know such an occasion will be remembered throughout your lifetime, and the only way to make it a worthwhile memory is to make it a beautiful and magical wedding. The flowers of course, will add beauty and magic to it all. And the fragrance of the flowers will be heavenly.
