Purchasing wedding favors from a wholesaler is the most cost effective solution for couples who are planning a large wedding. Wholesalers, the suppliers of retail businesses, offer their products at a much lower rate than traditional retailers. Typically, wholesalers offer favors for approximately 50% less than retail price.
Even buying in bulk at a discounted cost from a retailer may prove to be more expensive than buying the same items directly from a wholesaler. There are a few caveats to remember, however, when buying wholesale.
Nearly all wholesalers require a minimum purchase, and some do not allow their customers to place a one-time order. Favors must be bought in set quantities, sometimes by the case, which may be more than you need. If the set quantities are too low, you might have to purchase multiple cases and end up with a large number of unwanted leftover favors.
